For what it's worth, this is a comment I made on a separate thread about the Quarterly Report. It may be a factor - or not?
"The most interesting and worrying aspect of the Quarterly Report is that the Feasibility Study is being conducted on an Indicated Mineral Resource. Are there no Ore Reserves? Never in my 43 year career in the Mining Industry have I known a FS being conducted on an Indicated Mineral Resource. Maybe that's why a Debt Advisor has been appointed, because it'll be very difficult raising debt at a reasonable price working only with an Indicated Mineral Resource. Banks won't take a second look at it IMO!"
