    Not looking good...

    I suggest people forget their holdings and move on...if you end up getting anything back at all, it will be a bonus.

    Been there with several companies in the past...MXS, SWC, ONE, QTL and a few others. Unfortunately, even if BGN gets re-listed, it is bound to do so after some considerable dilution of shareholders equity and possibly even a consolidation...so you loose no matter what.

    It was clear from BGN's previous announcements that they were running out of cash...and it is genrally not a good idea to invest in any company that so heavily relies on a single source of finance for their survival...it gives the financier far too much power.

    I find it hard to believe that the directors, when faced with an obvious cash squeeze, didn't bother to organise an alternative source of funding, rather than waiting till the eleventh hour.

    I suggest all holders simply put it down to experience, learn from it, and don't make the same mistake again.
