I always thought when we got those certificates that they were useless, so much so, I even have thrown the paperwork away.
Trough the years I received about 30K in 3 installments.
A nice little surprise, it's a shame though it wasn't paid as a Capital return to spare us the tax.
Yet I feel it was a kind of a gift.
