Serious questions has been raised over production schedules. One of the poster who posted a post here stated "That Huntley report has different time frame that PEN production projected time frame"
Also 5 Years time frame to get a Licence to mine and operate ISR is ridiculous, irresponsible and massive money goes in drain and who knows what will be the market dynamics look like in 2014. PEN does not control it, but PEN made a choice to have a project there.
Too many agencies are involved in licensing process. If some one's ego get hurt some where in the process, he ends up put company into trouble, back to square one.
