Rookie, your comment on lack of ISR expertise in Australia is a problem for PEN has me just a little perplexed. As you are no doubt aware I keep a very close eye on PEN' activities and close contact with Gus Simpson as required. Gus doesn't share your the viewpoint of your comment.
PEN needs expertise in Wyoming, not in Subiaco. The have that in spades, including personnel from the original Nubeth project and some of the best specialist expertise available in process engineering and environmental relative to ISR in Wyoming.
Why on earth would PEN consider a lack of ISR expertise in Australia is a problem? The ISR work is being done mostly in Wyoming by the project team. It is why Tony Simpson relocated to Wyoming as COO.
