I have read somedays ago from newspapers BGP Holdings share value is worth about 0.00001 euro or negative (assset) value.
But I think as real estate market situation is improving
listing share price could fetch far more than that.
Just I'd say about at least 5 to 10 cents
(with no reason figuration).
So far as real estae devaluation cost enormous loss to any REITs, if turns its value out, it could earn billion dollar figures or so.
