Received an interim dividend on 07 Feb 2017 of 0.05860935 per unit. Does anyone have any information on where things go from here. I note this was an interim dividend and not a capital return. Is this just a payment to unit holders of income earned from the property holdings? Are BGP planning to sell the portfolio of properties and make a capital return to unit holders?
