Accumulate before the AGM. I don't expect any news before that. This is only a guess but joining the dots...

1) Randgold needs near term production
2) Birimian have ore in the ground nearby but need capital for infrastructure
3) Sprott & partners have pledged capital on the basis of a recent site visit
4) Capital now depends only on AGM vote

So if shareholders vote yes to capital, I expect newsflow very soon after that. The short timescales involved would IMO require BGS and Randgold to move quickly.
