I do see where you're coming from dude.
The possibility of a break below that trend line is real, but it definitely isn't probable.
If it did break to the low 20's/high 10's it would be there for days at the most.

I think the best thing going for your argument is the fact that we are expecting "ground breaking" news in the next 10 days.
Traditionally, BGS has suffered the most when we've had our best news.
