Some holders clapping their their hands when SP goes down, as they want more shares at a unreasonable low price.

Well, let's what happens if we have a 50 Cents takeover in Q1 2017.

Management will be happy. With so may shares and options the profit is created by the amount of shares not a high SP. Some holders here might think the same, some will be disappointed as we could reached $2 in 2018.

Hope I'm wrong. At the moment it seems management has no interesst in a reasonable SP.
