Blackrock was a holder of Eagle eye once upon a time... so surely, they know about BGS... Often sophisticated investors only buy in once the story has been derisked... There are responsible trading requirements for those kinds of investing house's ??? Best thing about BGS is the low Share Register of 210 million or so and 50% of that are held in the T20... wonder what the T40 hold, as Barney knows most here are nearing the Million or so amount... If a Sophisticated investor wants a portion they will have to pay up...That is a double-edged sword... Because of the illiquid Register (Volume traded or tradable shares) is so low, perhaps they could find it too difficult to buy a worthwhile parcel...Except Walcot capital of course..... If they don't buy in once all the news is Public They don't follow their own investment mandate....!
    Column 1
    1 Walcot Capital
    2
3 Walcot Capital is a private venture capital business specialising in resource investments. The firm's mandate is the investing in, and developing of international resource assets.
Walcot Capital’s investment activity is geared towards identifying undervalued energy and mineral commodity assets and companies. The key focus and strength is in Australia and Africa. This market creates a unique opportunity for the Walcot to provide an alternative source of capital and management direction for well-positioned resource opportunities seeking funds for exploration, development, strategic growth, acquisitions and farm in agreements. The company aims to have a hands-on approach to management in order to add value to projects.
Walcot Capital brings together highly technical resource sector knowledge with a sophisticated understanding of financial markets. The firm's capabilities extend across technical, commercial and legal fields of the resource industry. At Walcot, we have assembled a team of people who bring with them a great deal of international experience.
The directors at Walcot have an outstanding record of founding, building and operating commodity companies in both Australia and internationally.
Walcot rapidly mobilises deep technical expertise, the required capital and a professional and experienced deal execution team to acquire and develop assets into productive operations through partnerships and joint ventures. It prides itself on its ability to forge close relationships with its partners and its track record of building strong, successful and sustainable businesses.

BGS could become the best opportunity for longterm holders in a Dividend capacity returning Multiples of current SP in annual Dividends... Don't buy to sell BGS...That'll be like killing the goose to steal one golden egg.....
