You're right...the chart is looking primed:
Moving Average and Price
Just crossed over the 100 and 40 day EMA. Bullish engulfing candle yesterday, plus closing on high today (with no gaps)
DMI+/-
Trending in the right direction. DMI+ looks like it's about to cross over with bulls taking over bears. ADI is also at 35, meaning it's a trending market (i.e. good strength).
Stochastic
Moving from low range towards positive. This hasn't happened since October, just before the run from 30c to 80c
What I would like to see is 77 range broken, followed by 84c. On the downside, a break below 43c would be a sell signal.
