The other point is that if there were 10x more shares on offer and BGS SP was 0.076, it may be a lot harder to gain credibility with instos as we'd be in the "penny dreadful" bucket. I know some investors talk a lot about market psychology, but I believe the psychology can be even more powerful than FA or TA in certain circumstances.
One of Warren Buffett's most famous quotes springs to mind: "Be fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful".
