Hi All,
Just to put some perspective into the takeover theory why would shareholders in our company agree to any takeover now when we are on the cusp of having our company demonstrate that we can produce circa US150m in profits per year for the next 20 years. See @Ubique's recent post.
Sure if an offer in the range of $500 - 700m now was presented some shareholders may say "a bird in the hand etc"
These sorts of opportunities come along very rarely and I can say that having spoken to a large majority of the top 50 shareholders along with @boy1 they are not inclined in the slightest to sell their shares until we are in the above range.
Further I believe that financing of the project can be achieved through varying sources similar to Hummingbirds transaction of their Mali gold mine.mine. http://www.*.co.uk/companies/news/1...unding-to-complete-mali-gold-mine-170017.html
We could effectively payback any debt finance in 12 months and be debt free with another 19 years of 100% profits flowing to shareholders.
Any company that were to mount any sort of undervalued takeover would face the same determination from LT shareholders that they demonstrated last year with the ousting of the previous board.
That is guaranteed.
Good luck all.
