what is currently happening? I assume there are three essential factors:

1.) investors sell their shares in companies such as PLS, GXY and so on. Why?
the risk / reward-ratio has declined significantly, accentuation on reward.
where to invest the free capital? in quality stocks with top management and an attractive risk / reward-ratio. I truely believe, BGS - with all facts&figures - is in the pole position worldwide (lithium & gold in combination).

2.) I think that the current PR campaigns show their effectiveness.

3.) The structure of shareholders. Top 20 shareholders which are holding more than 50% of BGS. Sustainable shareholders are very important. Also the loyalty of all HC members and shareholders is fantastic.

I believe that a MC of about 300-350 Mio. AUD is absolutely fair.
