Train leaves after market is confident the mine + plant will be build. Management is not able to give the market that confidence right now. Scoping study won't change that. Only after it's clear who's going to build the mine and plant, institutions will pull the trigger.
My opinion, I could be wrong. Actually I hope I'm wrong. I hope the SP soars in December based on scoping and new drill program. But I don't get my hopes up.
I guess it all comes down to the question: who needs the other one more? Is it the partner who needs high grade close to surface spodumene no matter what? Or is it the current management team of BGS that needs a partner, no matter what?
