LOL - I did state secretary. It is a board/senior level position. There are plenty of male corp secretaries.. I don't know why you mentioned women...for you to mention women suggests you are the sexist one ha.

What I am getting at is the secretary just compiles and ensures everything is fine (which does require a 3rd or 4th tier education), however, it is not a position that dictates direction and strategy.. that is the board of directors...so why the options?

48M options are potentially going to be exercised in the next 12months plus the other CR activities.. just rather be critical than loose when releasing regardless of whether the share price has ballooned to 6c+ (which it has the potential of doing).
