Give us a break...As Ryobal says, the debate here is whether the position of company secretary warrants the award of options
The answer is quite clearly "NO" but at the bottom end of the ASX, it seems everyone who pitches up to work at a listed company is entitled to reward....it seems salaries just aren't a good enough incentive like they need to be for 99% of working Australians
