that is true skattie, but as 99% of all businesses are typically small business, they do not have the platform to have such entitlements such as an operating market like the ASX.
if I was a managing a junior explorer, I would have a heavier emphasis on issuing options, as cash is king... if we can tie employees interests without spending cash, why not! because juniors will need to rattle the tin every now and then and if we can have measures which both a) remunerate employees and b) keeps their interests tied long term, then I have no problem.
I know I have stated this before, but im trying to make aware to those that are less informed about how this works in the market.
