To my mind ESI funding is all in favour of the funder ,
There is no way share value is going to increase if it is used to pay the generous
funding arrangements given by management. ESI probably have to raise a lot more,
depending on how long they want involvement till production so unless
something is done in the boardroom and a change of financier...
It will be Rinse and Repeat,

of financing must be ?????? I reckon $4.5 mil recent activity,
ESCROW min 6months is general with such deals, but earning a fee
and orchestrating a good News ANN for shares issued to be sold ????
I also repeat .. there is no Gold there even at todays price. Maybe us$1800 oz
could create a bit of interest but management are happy to keep the myth going.
