@Ubique13 well you have probably put to paper and posted what at least 80% of share holders would be thinking, we HAVE the resource but we currently DON'T HAVE what it takes to complete the job.
Give management their dues for acknowledging their weaknesses though, as they have enlisted specialists in their fields to progress the Goulamina Li project to the next phases.
Cube Consulting and GSA Global - resource estimations and economic mining studies.
Como Engineers - for processing, estimation of capital costs (Scoping Study) who have expertise in process design and engineering Li concentration plants.
Digby Wells - preliminary assessments for potential mine and processing site to prepare "Terms of Reference" for EISA.
Minemark - to bring customers to the door.
Randgold - to process a "VERY SMALL" portion of our land holdings to realise cash flow.
I guess you could also say that contacts were made/used for preliminary finacing (placements) to get all this moving along.
With a concentrated drill campaign to begin later this month there are some exciting times ahead of us, to a scoping study by years end or there abouts and an upgrade of the resource JORC (pending drill results from campaign)
From where we were (Mar, 2016) to were we are (Nov,2016) we could say management have done a great job thus far, do the board need to be replaced? I don't know! What I do know (IMO) that I totally agree with you in that we need to start advertising to get the right people for the job for the next stages, how do we achieve this? Replace a board member when the opportunity arises to do so or add to the current board? BGS has for years been run lean in terms of monthly expenses and maintaining ASX listing rules by only having the minimum number of board members, is it time to grow the team?
As the likelihood of me making the AGM is getting slimmer, hopefully this can be brought up in the general business or at least some indication of intentions.
