Whenever you go to AGMs and ask CEOs and Boards why they believe they should get free options, you always hear that same answer '' to align our interests with shareholders''
What a crock of bull. What would align their interests with shareholders is if they dip their hands into their own pockets to buy shares, which is what we do. Their ''incentive'' is the fat salary they earn, same as it is for us
My incentive is my salary because if i don't work, I don't get it...same should apply to them
