Well said @Holmesearth01, also welcome to some of the new posters in the threads, good to see some fresh takes and interest in the company.  To add a few points that stand out to me.

Re trials with Clarke - Stage 2 trials are currently ongoing and are expected to be completed in Q2 2021 (soon), before progressing to field trials (stage 3). BGT signed their Material Transfer Agreement with Clarke in August of 2019 - to get to the point we are at now speaks volumes of BGT's technology, and for the potential of a commercial deal down the road. Plenty of time and resources have been invested from both sides in search of a solution for some major global problems, news on this front will be very significant now as we get further into the testing.

Re trials with BASF/GRDC/DAF - BGT announced their partnership with the world’s leading chemical company BASF, in Sept 2019. The partnership is also assisted by the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) and the Queensland Government Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (DAF) - through this 4 way collaborative agreement we have gained a lot of expertise as well as reduced expenditures, very positive as it also represents early multi-party validation of the technology. Of major significance is that there is currently no single chemistry that controls all of the major pests that affect the safe storage and transportation of grains, but so far all indications are that we have the solution, it is a BIG opportunity for BGT. "Market Reports estimate the global use of insecticides used to control pests in stored grain was around US$550 million in 2017 and is expected to grow very quickly to over US$900 million by 2026."

This partnership is the most advanced of the two as we have already completed two stages of testing. The first of which identified the optimum combination of Flavocide with existing compounds for pest control, and the second of which tested the two lead Flavocide combination products from Stage 1 against resistant strains of the major pests of stored grain. Stage 3 testing (field trials) began in Nov 2020 and is reported to take approximately 9 months - of note is that Flavocide has already demonstrated its ability to control one of the key stored grain pests, lesser grain borer, for over 13 months (both in field and laboratory work) - there is reason for optimism that stage 3 results will again be positive, we wait.

Alongside both of the partnerships above, there are multiple companies who have signed MTA's and so additional partnerships could potentially be announced at any time.

Finally, the Eco-Toxicity studies, which continue to be reported on, have all come back with positive results. These studies are meaningful and deliberate boxes to tick for the markets BGT wants to penetrate, they also assist in advancing talks and testing, and are crucial for the regulatory pathways that must be navigated.

All indications are that 2021 is setting up to be a breakout year for BGT.

    Cheers
