Too be honest harvett imo i think Mexico to them is a side show with China the main game. You could almost see the sparkle in there eyes when they talked about China and the ho hum about Mexico or maybe it was frustration like we all are feeling. Imo and this is my opinion only reached from today's meeting is that China could be anything and they're far closer too big things there than anywhere else but really you don't have to be Einstein to work that out.I think the possibilities there and the arrangement they have with the Chinese gov makes there the place to be focusing on.
