That is the art of share market investing. No point in buying a stock at fair value unless it returns a dividend, and yes I can say, given the annoucements over the last couple of months, the market has got it wrong and it's my job as an investor to answer the questions posed, otherwise if I had no idea, I wouldn't be SBN.

Everyone is looking to buy an undervalued share. If you make no attempt at valuing it, why would you invest in it.

That's my explanation, hope it satisfies.
