Why would the vendors decide not to proceed? Lots of possibilities but could be any of:
- have got the assays back (they are their samples) and they are good, too good to let go
- don't like CCZ after closer relationship
- decided the terms weren't adequate
- got a better offer (already past the 90 days, granted extension might not be legally binding on them after that)
etc.

We'll probably never know but this aspect probably goes further to BHA being pumped up as spin to cover the loss of the lithium projects. There is absolutely zero new knowledge about BHA tenements, it's just the only angle that was available to provide some cover. Again, if the market wants to revalue CCZ on the cobalt aspect, well I won't complain.

Did we find out why CCZ managed to get non refundable 50k back and what the vendors did with the projects
