good employees are actually very hard to replace and believe me we have lost lots of them . Replaced with trainees that take years to develop good skill sets , and most of them nowadays don’t stay long enough to develop them . Hence why we are having more near misses and serious incidents than ever in the 17 years I’ve been with the company.
