Broker are not wrong because you are selling underlying assets and obviously that means value of the shares goes down as well until such time your new asset producing positive cashflow to contribute towards growth and dividend in my opinion mine in Canada for potash is expecting first production in 2027 which is way too far in future .. IMO.
