I agree. The WA premier can make all the comments he wants, but it is the federal govt that makes the decision. The WA premier needs to be very careful that his words are not taken as potentially discriminating against any company that takes over WPL.
Remember, only Aust companies can have a tilt at WPL. IMO, that leaves only BHP.
