BHP is being sued by a Union in Chile and a whole host of US lawyers are involved. It is about to become a cause celebre in ot only South America but also worldwide because of the state of exploitation by large miners in lesser developed countires, their practices and the massive profits they conceal.
What the effect will be on its share price I cannot say.
