    the government needs to realise that mothballed deposits dont generate any tax revenue and royalties.

    railway = $10b+ asset.
    at 122mt an inhouse npv valued it at approx $2b with cashflows approx $400m pa.

    now those sorta numbers can generate serious goverment revenues.
