Even UMC management used the words "Groundbreaking" which suggests the bottom of the piramid and it can only get better from here.

If the bid is low ball then can management recommend to shareholders to take up the offer based on the above, as IMO the potential of the above is well worth $4.00 as we jumped into the elevator on the ground floor with the chinese in thier grand plan to have control of the iron ore in the Pilbara.
