    Why has BHP stumped up 5b for shale, which is a more speculative prospect than CSG, yet they have not shown any interest at all in CSG on their doorstep.



    Does this signify a renewed interest in gas in general or is this merely interest in gas.

    Pergaps the money is burning a hole in their pockets after the failed takeover attempts.
