So what do they do....rob the US taxpayers to bail them out.
There was a term used to describe Japanese Banks in the 90s..."Zombie Banks".... the walking dead intitutions only kept alive by the expense of the taxpayers dollars
With commodity prices in the crap hole...I am suprised that BHP has not gone back to the days of the pre-boom in like 2004 which is $10 (I think this was the range when BHP and Biliton first merged)
