The way I read it as of last Wednesady they are in the middle of negotiating the price and amount $$ of funding. I personally am happy to give them plenty of space and time to negotiate the best position they can. Given One Steel has shown up funding another part of the technology perhaps that is being used to sharpen the pencil? I certainly hope so.
