    Rockford Great idea ,will BHP put the money up approx 3.2Billion and then find buyers for the ore competing against it own WA ore or may be go 50/50 with a mill in China .I tend to think the Chinese will want to control it as leverage against BHP and RIO/VALE just my thoughts.
