Just got off the phone to Citiwarrants people.
I complained about the spread on the warrant -
has been all day 1 cent. They had made a "typo"
on their price matrix - spread being 0.4 - 1 cent
which effectivley made a program to round it down
to a whole cent instead of a 0.5 cent.
It has been fixed...
