BHP Billiton upgraded to "outperform"

NEW YORK, January 17 (newratings.com) - Analysts at BMO Capital Markets upgrade BHP Billiton Ltd (BHP.NYS) from "market perform" to "outperform." The target price has been raised from $46 to $48.
