Nevertheless surely the WSA deal will make up for the losses from MCR etc that you mention?
Also I am sure IGO will be pleased to help fill the void if Moran lives up to their expectations. I guess we all (me included) like to bash BHP, however as you also pointed out they did avoid overpriced nickel aquisitions in the bubble, which could have lost them as much as they blew on Ravensthorpe. Vale, Norilsk, Xstrata all swallowed heavily. BHP actually timed WMC to perfection.
