We are indeed on the same hopeful gravy train. I took a week off and went interstate to do some thinking away from the computer. I guess there was not much difference as I was sitting in my hotel drinking grenadine with lemonade and watching Bloomberg until my eyes got tired. Anyway I feel it is important now to focus on the psychological aspect rather than the fundamental particulars so to speak.

I was also trying to calculate this formula which was mentioned by another poster giving the true value of BHP at $34.89. Funny that I took everything into consideration and tried to value every project accordingly with a scaling and came up with something quite different. Let us just say BHP is very undervalued. I did not even take into consideration the psychological aspect which would improve its price to higher levels on the mere fact that they have the household name and are the 'mother of all mothers' come mining.

Anyway the time in my mind is to buy and if the market has falls here on in they will not be as dramatic as what people feel. I have now taken/improved my medium term stances on BHP, CBA, ANZ (Which I never liked), NCM, MQG, FMG, MGX, WBC, JBH, WOW, NXS, EXT, RIO (Still cautious though) and a great deal of other speculative stock.

I think the next 12 months are going to be better than expected and the time to be bullish is now. Those are just my thoughts. Oh yes, and we are going to open in the red today, 'Woopy f--king do!'
