Hi All,
I am considering putting up my BHP shares for the Buy-Back (and then buying again). However, after going through the info couple of times, I still have not figured out the difference between tendering at the full 14% Tender Discount or as a Final Price Tender. I see that either way the end result is the same, whatever the final Buy-Back Discount and % scale back.
Also, historically, does the SP tend to rise / drop immediately after the Closing date of such Buy-Backs ? Is the % SP rise typically in line with the post-Buy-Back % drop in the total number of shares (to account for EPS rise) ?
