if management are smart they will not declare a dividend , and put that money back up to bringing the ground floor of the company back up to scratch , 20 years of mining boom and the ground floor is understaffed by hundreds , machinery outdated and flogged out , staff moral crushed. And that’s just at one site . Department I work in is a hundred people short . How does a company with supposedly good management let it into that position . ?
