    Too much work into creating this relationship/partnership of trust,
    we are pretty close to an official JV Ann, Ecopro would have enough voting power to reject TO
    The existing in country relations are also very important and a new player upsets the existing relations.
    Generally needs further de-risking BFS stage, minimum PFS. So a bit off yet

    But there are always offers too good to refuse,
