Westcott I admire your optismism and I really hope for amny of us - especially you - that you are correct. The Chinese just do not operate like that. They have a strategic plan at a very high govt level to build up assetts in Africa. I am talking a 20 year plus plan. Maybe not Hanglong but SDL is going China - hence GJ is involved. He is like Nick Curtis - has made much of his fortune form his Chinese connections/loyalties.
I feel for you - but come May we may all just have to accept 57c. (Highly likely) Hope I am wrong and we get back up to 80c where the offer should be.
