Does anyone have a view or thought that Hanlong bought Ken Talbots stake to behave just like Ken Talbot intended to and would have once the permits are granted and push for a JV??

i.e. Hanlong are not miners but investors.
Hanlong have Talbots stake and more.
Hanlong help get permit and then enter into jv discussions with potential suitors or higher bidders who are miners (remembering hanlong are an investment company and not miners)

OR

Is there potential for Hanlong to dictate a JV with a chinese steel mill for 100% off take agreement much similar to that of GBG and Ansteel JV. All on the basis Hanlong are an investment company and not up to the task of doing what really needs to be done.
