    Its very interesting, more so in the logistics of it - are they are going to refuel at Dampier or if indeed they will run supply ships to Hedland to make this happen so they can refuel at anchorage. Currently a lot of the gas ships run on the LNG they take over to Asia as it expands so its a safe and viable fuel. It's a win for WA as instead of them bunkering at Singapore they'll be buying our LNG.

    The problem with the new regs on low sulphur bunkers is that shipping owners are installing scrubbers instead of paying for better fuel which is a crap way to comply with new I.M.O regs and unreliable to boot (Que Vale with their massive shipping costs from Brasil to China)

    It's up to charterers like BHP and RTM to make sure they are only hiring the ships that are using the correct fuel and put the pressure on the market with their massive buying power which they will do.
