A deal between the JV partners- CSM/FMG and BHP to develop the Mindy Mindy iron ore deposits may be close.

Michael Kiernan has said twice in recent weeks that such an arrangement is close. In Feb edition of RESOURCESTOCKS, he said "a Cazaly-style" deal, whereby BHP buys the Mindy Mindy ore at the mine gate. (same as Cazaly propose)

Should the BHP deal take place, I would imagine FMG's Andrew Forrest would ensure lots ogf good press etc for FMG (and CSM).

Suggest these developments should be watched closely from the point of view of CSM shareprice. I don't think CSM investor's realise that the deal is so close.
