It seems to me that the LSE BHP PLC price increase is merely reducing the discount wrt the ASX listed BHP, due to the consolidation proposal. ie LSE shareholders get closer to AU shareholders in value.
Don't expect BHP to be up on ASX tomorrow due to the LSE price
