Copper boomed Friday night in overseas trade and we might have some positives on nickel. Albeit I’m leaning towards care and maintenance for nickel west. I can’t see a labor government giving BHP $600m or so per year to keep it running, let alone the couple of billion to upgrade the nickel west infrastructure and fund west musgrave CAPEX.
Hoping finally copper breaks $4 permanently. BHP is primed for copper.
