Not so sure about the banks going forward. Seems to me they have large potential downside when the housing comes apart. As for HVN and other discretionary companies, Hmmm lets see. HVN model is driven by easy credit, large disposable incomes, and home equity. All of these will see in short supply in the next few years. Having said this, cheap is cheap, so ill buy HVN at $1, around the same time Jerry is on TV screaming 10 year interest free.
